Over 200 workers are ready to handle your volume orders at our 5,600-square-meter factory. We have equipped our 12 production lines with advanced production machines from Japan, Switzerland and Taiwan area. Each month, we produce 50 sets of mold, all for export.
Sourcing key materials from Japan and Switzerland
We source RoHS-compliant key materials from Japan and Switzerland to ensure our product quality. Eight QC members are stationed at each production line to conduct thorough inspections during the entire process. We use advanced equipment like CMM 3D testing systems from Japan to conduct strict testing. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000-certified.
